“Chinese” Wilson (1876-1930) was the furthest traveled of all the Harvard Arnold Arboretum’s plant explorers of the early twentieth century. Wilson collected plants widely in China between 1899 and 1910. His collections has contributed greatly to the understanding of Chinese flora.
